How Albar Aerials Started
Managing Director Barry Foote served in the Scots Guard from 1989 to 1998. After serving in the Armed Forces, he was fully trained by Sky Digital and started his career in 1998 in TV and Aerials.
Later on he worked for a firm in Glasgow as an aerial and satellite engineer from 2005 to 2009. Eventually decided to go it alone with Albar Aerial’s which he already co-owned and set up in 1998.
With 25 years of experience, Barry delivers the same high quality services week in, week out. It is this dedication to hard work and professionalism that has earned him and his team a glowing reputation on Google.

A very warm welcome to Albar Aerials. For the past quarter of a century we have been serving people in Kilmarnock and Ayrshire with their aerial, satellite dish and TV needs.
Albar is all about top quality products that last longer. In the case of aerials, we use masts, brackets and so forth that can resist storm damage, so you won’t have to worry about replacing them. With TV mounting often the customer has to sort things out like plastering afterwards, but not with Albar Aerials because we do it for you. We are a One Stop Shop in that we take care of everything you need regarding your installation or mounting.
